Obiectul achiziției îl constituie furnizarea de echipamente noi de iluminat scenic, video, sonorizare și IT, necesare desfășurării activității artistice a Teatrului de Stat Constanța, împreună cu operațiunile accesorii (transport, livrare la sediu, instalare, configurare, punere în funcțiune, testare și instruirea personalului), împărțită în 10 loturi: – Lot 1 – Bare LED și case-uri de transport; – Lot 2 – Moving head wash; – Lot 3 – Moving head profil; – Lot 4 – Reflectoare profil LED; – Lot 5 – Sistem stație grafică; – Lot 6 – Videoproiector cu accesorii și lentilă UST; – Lot 7 – Instalație de sunet; – Lot 8 – Modul Dante și sistem de procesare digitală audio; – Lot 9 – Laptop, mini PC și tabletă pentru operare spectacol; – Lot 10 – Sistem intercom; Autoritatea contractanta stabileste urmatoarele termene cu privire la solicitarile de clarificari: Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor: 8 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare cel mai târziu în a 5-a zi înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor (termen redus în condițiile art. 74 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 98/2016).[E15]
