Hanke eesmärgiks on leida teenuseosutajad narkootikume tarvitavatele inimestele (edaspidi NTI) tugiisikuteenuse osutamiseks. Tugiisikuteenuse eesmärk on nõustatava inimese iseseisva toimetuleku, tervise, töövõime ning elukvaliteedi parandamine läbi pideva toetamise ja kogemuste jagamise, nõustamise ja abiteenustega sidumise, samuti sotsiaalsete probleemidega toimetuleku soodustamine ning riskikäitumise vähendamine.
