Hankinnan kohteena on valmis ja nopeasti tuotantokäyttöön soveltuva leikkaustoiminnan ohjausjärjestelmä, joka tarjotaan SaaS-palveluna. Leikkaustoiminnan ohjausjärjestelmä toteuttaa Siun Soten leikkaus- ja anestesiayksikön toiminnan ohjauksen. Hankintaan voi sisältyä suunnittelua, järjestelmän kehitystyötä ja uusien ominaisuuksien käyttöönottoa. Hankintaan sisältyy: • Leikkaustoiminnan ohjausjärjestelmä Windows-ympäristöön saas-palveluna Pohjois-Karjalan hyvinvointialueen käyttölaajuudessa sisältäen ohjelmiston käyttöpalvelut, ylläpitopalvelut ja tukipalvelut • Käyttöönottoprojektin sisältäen integraatioiden toteutuksen ja migraation suunnittelun vaatimusluettelon mukaisesti • Erikseen tilattavat asiantuntija- ja konsultointityöt • Optio: leikkaustoiminnan suunnittelun optimointi Saas-palvelussa Tilaajan vastuulla on ainoastaan tietoliikenneyhteydet ja mahdollisen ohjelmisto-clientin asennus työasemalle.[E7]
