About the requirement

From the notice

Pentru prelungirea duratei remanente de viață a recipienților sub presiune sunt necesare lucrări de VTU I/E, iar pentru efectuarea acestor lucrări este necesar a fi predate către societatea executantă a documentațiilor tehnice a recipienților supuși acestor servicii. Deoarece documentațiile tehnice a anumitor recipienți au fost deteriorate (fără posibilitate de recuperare), lipsesc din anumite motive, sunt necesare servicii de refacere a documentațiilor tehnice. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari catre entitatea contractanta inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 14 zile. Solicitările de clarificări vor fi transmise exclusiv in SICAP.[E7]
