Předmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření smlouvy o poskytování služeb v oblasti nakládání s odpady ve správním území obce Úněšov, přičemž předmětem plnění uvedené smlouvy je zajištění služeb v oblasti odpadového hospodářství pro zadavatele týkající se komunálního odpadu = směsného a tříděného, biologicky rozložitelného odpadu, nebezpečného odpadu a objemného odpadu. Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je ve všech podrobnostech včetně podrobného vymezení požadovaných služeb, podrobného vymezení druhů odpadů, jichž se poskytování služeb týká, podrobného vymezení dalších povinností účastníka, obchodních, platebních a jiných smluvních podmínek, vymezen zadávací dokumentací a závazným textem Smlouvy o odvozu a likvidaci odpadu.
