Пропозиція, подана учасником, оцінюється замовником за приведеною ціною, яка розраховується автоматично системою електронною системою закупівель на момент подання пропозиції учасником за математичною формулою: PP = P / (1 + F1 / PV), де: PP — приведена ціна; P — ціна без ПДВ; F1 — питома вага критерію оцінки «Необхідність проведення лабораторного аналізу серії (-ій) лікарського засобу», запропонованого учасником; PV — питома вага критерію «Ціна». Питома вага критерію «ціна» (PV) становить 95 %. Кількість відсотків по критерію оцінки «Необхідність проведення лабораторного аналізу серії (-ій) лікарського засобу» може бути 5 % або 0 % залежно від обраного варіанту в таблиці 2 Додатку 1. Оцінка здійснюється на предмет закупівлі в цілому.[E5]
