Im hiesigen Vergabevorgang (BAU-07) sollen die Bauleistungen für die Anpassung der Strecke 3600 zur Anbindung des neu gebauten Cornberger Tunnels an die Strecke 3600 vergeben werden. Neben Tiefbau, Kabeltiefbau und Oberbauarbeiten zwischen km 176,918 und km 179,917 umfasst die Vergabe im Wesentlichen die Verfüllung des Bestandstunnels, die Herstellung des Rettungsplatzes, die Erneuerung der Durchlässe in km 179,471 und km 177,669 sowie die Erneuerung der EÜ Rautenhausen in km 177,165 und der EÜ K52 in km 179,477.[E6]
