About the requirement

From the notice

1. Початкова ціна за одиницю Товару в подальшому переглядається відповідно до положень п. 3.3.3. даного Договору. У ціну за одиницю Товару включаються: - витрати на налив (завантаження); - витрати на отримання дозвільної документації (у випадку, якщо така вимагається); - витрати на доставку Товару відповідно до умов поставки; - митні витрати, понесені Постачальником при митному оформленні Товару у пункті відправки; - акцизний податок; - податок на додану вартість . 2. Умови поставки Товару (у тому числі які встановлюються відповідно до Міжнародних правил тлумачення торговельних термінів «ІНКОТЕРМС-2020»): DDP – склад покупця. 3. Строк поставки Товару: з дати підписання договору до 31.12.2026 року. Поставка Товару здійснюється частинами / партіями попередньо узгодженими з Покупцем. Партією товару є: обсяг Товару визначений відповідною видатковою накладною (у випадку, якщо Постачальником Товару є резидент України) або актом приймання-передачі Товару (у випадку, якщо Постачальником Товару є нерезидент України). Обсяг поставки у Заявці формується кратно одному автомобілю, що здійснює доставку Товару. Заявка за кожним конкретним місцем поставки формується окремо. Обсяги поставки Товару та конкретні строки (терміни) поставки (дати відвантажень) Товару в межах загального строку поставки зазначаються в Заявках Покупця. Строк (термін) поставки Товару не повинен перевищувати 7 календарних днів з моменту отримання заявки. 4. Рік виготовлення Товару: не раніше 2026 року. 5. Вимоги до екологічного класу Товару: не нижче Євро 5. 6. Якість Товару Якість Товару повинна відповідати вимога…[E5]
