Predmet nabave su REZERVNI DIJELOVI, POPRAVAK I SERVIS POSTROJENJA ZA OBRADU GRAĐEVINSKOG OTPADA CPV oznaka i naziv: 43600000 – Dijelovi strojeva za rudarstvo, kamenolome i građevinarstvo Naručitelj ovim postupkom javne nabave nabavlja dijelove za novo postrojenje za obradu građevinskog otpada koji se odnosi se na osiguravanje pravovremenog i kontinuiranog rada suvremene tehnološke linije, uzimajući u obzir dosadašnja iskustva s postojećim, dotrajalim postrojenjem. Zamjena starog postrojenja bila je nužna zbog izražene tehničke zastarjelosti, nepouzdanosti te povećanih troškova održavanja obilježeno čestim kvarovima kao i ograničenim kapacitetom obrade. Slijedom navedenog, nabava novog postrojenja predstavljala je optimalno rješenje, dok nabava rezervnih dijelova za novo postrojenje ima ključnu ulogu u osiguravanju njegove dugoročne pouzdanosti, učinkovitosti i neprekidnog rada. Sustavno planiranje i nabava rezervnih dijelova za novo postrojenje omogućit će pravovremenu zamjenu potrošnih komponenti, smanjenje neplaniranih zastoja te održavanje visokih operativnih standarda, čime se osigurava stabilno, sigurno i ekonomski održivo upravljanje procesima obrade građevinskog otpada. Naručitelj u ovom postupku nabave ne zahtjeva dostavu dodatnih dokumenata/dokaza osim traženih/propisanih ovom dokumentacijom o nabavi, Ponuditelj je dužan isporučiti robu traženu troškovnikom, odnosno roba koja će se isporučivati temeljem ovog provedenog postupku nabave mora odgovarati tehničkim karakteristikama iz troškovnika a Naručitelj će isto kontrolirati u fazi izvršenja ugovora o javnoj nabav…[E7]
