Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje zakup i uruchomienie zasobów chmury obliczeniowej z przeznaczeniem na wykonywanie kopii zapasowych danych gromadzonych w podstawowym centrum przetwarzania danych DC (Data Center), uruchomienie zapasowego centrum przetwarzania danych DRC (Disaster Recovery Center), migrację infrastruktury technicznej On-Prem do chmury obliczeniowej, zabezpieczenie infrastruktury pod nowe zadania projektowe (z zapewnieniem DC i DRC w różnych centrach przetwarzania danych lub lokalizacjach geograficznych). Usługa wsparcia technicznego i merytorycznego musi obejmować obsługę krytycznych biznesowo rozwiązań, zapewniać wsparcie Zamawiającego w przygotowaniu migracji (systemów i danych) do infrastruktury teleinformatycznej w modelu chmurowym, a także zapewniać dostęp do inżynierów, architektów, ekspertów rozwiązań budowanych w modelu chmurowym.[E12]
