The purpose of this pre market engagement is to seek views from the market regarding what it considers might be alternative solutions to deliver the Phone 'n' Ride demand responsive transport (DRT) services. The Authority is open to alternative delivery options and isn't committed to the current way or working, providing the desired outcomes continue whilst providing value for money.[E5]
