About the requirement

Pirkanmaan ja Etelä-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueet pyytävät tarjousta Vammaispalvelulain mukaisista valmennuspalveluista Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueen ja Etelä-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen palvelutarpeisiin. Hankinnan kohteena on Vammaispalvelulain mukaiset valmennuspalvelut Liite Palvelukuvaus mukaisesti. Hankinnan sopimuskausi on 1.2.2027 - 31.12.2028, tämän lisäksi hankinta sisältää toistaiseksi voimassa olevan optiokauden, jonka käytöstä päätetään erikseen. Hankinnan vuosiarvo on 150 000 euroa, josta Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueen osuus on 100 000 euroa ja Etelä-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen osuus on 50 000 euroa. Hankinnan kohteena olevien palveluiden asiakasmääriä vuositasolla Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueella. - Viittomakielen opetus: yksilövalmennus noin 5 as/vuosi - Tukiviittomien opetus: yksilövalmennus noin 10 as/vuosi ryhmämuotoinen valmennus 1-2 ryhmää/vuosi - Vaihtoehtoisten kommunikaatiokeinojen ohjaus: noin 5 as/vuosi - Muuttovalmennus: yksilövalmennus noin 1-5 as/vuosi ryhmämuotoinen valmennus noin 1-2 ryhmää/vuosi Valmennus on vammaispalvelulain (675/2023) mukainen erityispalvelu. Valmennusta voidaan myöntää vammaispalvelulain 2 §:n mukaiselle vammaiselle henkilölle, mikäli hän tarvitsee sitä välttämättä itsenäisessä elämässä tarvittavien taitojen opetteluun, viittomakielen, tukiviittomien ja vaihtoehtoisten kommunikaatiokeinojen opetteluun tai elämän muutostilanteisiin.
