Achizitia se deruleaza pentru progresul in ceea ce priveste calitatea actului medical. Astfel, se propune incheierea unui acord-cadru de servicii medicale ’’Transport sanitar neasistat al pacientilor hemodializati’’ de catre Spitalul Judetean de Urgenta Bistrita de la domiciliul pacientului la centrul de hemodializa si retur. Termenele in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare solicitate de operatorii economici interesati: în a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limită stabilit în anunțul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, este de 18 zile.[E7]
