Poskytování služeb vzešlých z tohoto zadávacího řízení napomůže ochraně majetku zadavatele proti hrozícím rizikům a zajistí pokrytí případných škod způsobených při činnosti zadavatele. Cílem zadavatele je zajistit pojištění dle jeho aktuálních potřeb tak, aby byla zajištěna maximální efektivita vynaložených prostředků zadavatele.[E12]
