About the requirement

Předmětem zadávacího řízení je uzavření smlouvy o dílo dle Smluvních podmínek pro výstavbu pozemních a inženýrských sítí staveb projektovaných objednatelem dle FIDIC RED BOOK, 1. vydání, 1999, vydaných v českém překladu Českou asociací konzultačních inženýrů (CACE) v roce 2017, a dalších dokumentů tvořících smlouvu o dílo. Předmětem plnění Veřejné zakázky jsou stavební práce v rámci realizace Díla zahrnující zejména činnosti dle odst. 4.2.4 Zadávací dokumentace. Kompletní seznam realizovaných stavebních objektů v rámci Veřejné zakázky je uveden v příloze č. 7 ZD. Dílo je děleno na následující Sekce: a) Sekce 1 – Stavební objekty přeložek; b) Sekce 2 – Stavební objekty zařazené do projektu – Způsobilé výdaje; c) Sekce 3 – Stavební objekty zařazené do projektu – Nezpůsobilé výdaje; d) Sekce 4 – Stavební objekty zařazené mimo projekt, (v podrobnostech k jednotlivým Sekcím viz příloha č. 7 ZD /Technická specifikace/). Dodavatel bude provádět stavební práce při realizaci Díla, konkrétně se jedná o výstavbu protipovodňových opatření, a to včetně provedení souvisejících terénních a krajinných úprav, a to za podmínek dále specifikovaných ve Smlouvě.[E24]
