企業の京都市への初進出を支援！オフィス賃料最大2,000万円、京都市内居住の社員等の人数に応じて最大5,000万円を補助します！ 目的: 新たな事業を行いたい / 販路拡大・海外展開をしたい / 研究開発・実証事業を行いたい / 雇用・職場環境を改善したい 対象: 従業員数の制約なし ※J グランツで本補助金の申請受付を行っておりません。申請手続き等の詳細については、以下 HP をご確認ください。 https://www.city.kyoto.lg.jp/sankan/page/[phone removed].html ■目的・概要 京都市における企業の立地を促進し、産業基盤の強化とともに雇用の場を確保し、産業の振興及び労働者の雇用の安定に寄与することを目的として、市外企業が市内に初めてオフィス等を設置する場合に、市内居住の常時雇用者数に応じて補助金を交付します。 ■応募資格 《補助対象者》 補助金の交付を受けることができる方は、 既に市外に事業所を設置しており、かつ、過去2年の間、市内に事業所を設置していない企業であること。ただし、次に掲げる方は対象としません。 京都市暴力団排除条例第2条第4号に規定する暴力団員等又は同条第5号に規定する暴力団密接関係者 風俗営業等の規制及び業務の適正化等に関する法律に規定する性風俗関連特殊営業及びそれらに類似する業種を営む者 営業に関して必要な認可等を取得していない者 市町村税を滞納している者 本市が補助金を交付するに当たり、社会的な信頼性及び公平性を損なうおそれがある者 《補助対象事業》 補助対象者が市内にオフィス等を設置する事業（賃貸借の場合は契約期間が1年以上であるなど、長期の設置が見込まれる事業に限る。）を対象とします。 ■補助金上限額 ①賃料にかかる補助金 1年度当たり1,000万円（2年度分合計で最大2,000万円）です。 ②雇用にかかる補助金 1年度当たり2,500万円（2年度分合計で最大5,000万円）です。 《補助率》 ①賃料 にかかる補助金 市内のオフィス等の賃料及び利用料として補助対象者が支払う経費に100分の50を乗じた額を補助します。 ②雇用にかかる補助金 市内のオフィス等に勤務する市内居住の常時雇用者及び役員（交付の申請の日から遡って6箇月間以上継続して雇用・居住している者に限る）1人につき、1年度当たり10万円を補助します。 補助対象者が「本市の産業政策に特に寄与する産業分野の企業」、「海外企業」、「京町家に入居する企業」のいずれかに該当する場合は、それぞれに該当するごとに補助額に2を乗じます。 ■申請方法 オフィス等の営業を開始する日の30日前までに、京都市企業立地促進制度補助金補助対象事業指定申請書（第1号様式）を市長に提出してください。 ■問合せ先 京都市 産業観光局 企業誘致推進室 電話：[phone removed] FAX：[phone removed] メールアドレス：[email removed] ■参照URL 京都市HP（ 京都市企業立地促進制度補助金［市内初進出支援制度］） https://www.city.kyoto.lg.jp/sankan/page/[phone removed].html[E4]
