Numarul zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 8 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de carificare/informaţiilor suplimentare in a 6 a zi fata de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.[E7]
