Оплата товару здійснюється Покупцем шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 15 календарних днів з моменту отримання даного товару на підставі видаткової накладної. Поставка товару здійснюється згідно замовлення Покупцем протягом 10 робочих днів. Строк поставки товару – по 31 грудня 2026 року. Відповідно до абз. 3 п. 2 постанови КМУ від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 замовникам забороняється здійснювати публічні закупівлі товарів походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. Країнами походження товарів, запропонованих учасниками, не можуть бути вищевказані країни[E5]
