Відповідно підпункту 5 пункту 32 підрозділу 2 розділу XX Податкового кодексу України (в редакції, чинній на дату укладення договору) звільнено від оподаткування ПДВ операції з увезення та постачання на митній території України безпілотних літальних апаратів без озброєння та їх частин, кінцевим отримувачем яких відповідно до сертифікатів кінцевого споживача або згідно з умовами договору визначено правоохоронні органи, Міністерство оборони України, ЗСУ й інші військові формування, що здійснюють боротьбу з тероризмом відповідно до закону та/або беруть участь у здійсненні заходів із забезпечення національної безпеки і оборони, відсічі і стримування збройної агресії російської федерації.[E5]
