REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (CONSULTING SERVICES - FIRMS SELECTION) Kazakhstan Transport Resilience and Connectivity Enhancement Project (P500565) Jezkazgan-Karagandy Section of Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (Middle Corridor) Loan No.: IBRD-97350 Assignment Title: Construction Supervision Consultant for the Jezkazgan-Karagandy Road Section under OPBRC Contracts Reference No . (as per Procurement Plan): KZ-KAZAUTOZHOL-562877-CS-QCBS The JSC "NC "KazAvtoZhol" has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Transport Resilience and Connectivity Enhancement Project (P500565) Jezkazgan-Karagandy Section of Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (Middle Corridor) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The assignment covers the provision of Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) services for the rehabilitation and long-term performance-based maintenance of approximately 457 km of the Jezkazgan-Karagandy road section, forming part of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (Middle Corridor). The road works are structured under four Output- and Performance-Based Road Contracts (OPBRC) following the World Bank's applicable Standard Procurement Documents for OPBRC.
