松山港を利用する荷主様へ。貨物の増加や新規利用で1TEUあたり最大50,000円を補助します。 目的: 販路拡大・海外展開をしたい / 資金繰りを改善したい 対象: 従業員数の制約なし ■補助金名 令和8年度 松山港利用促進インセンティブ補助金（荷主向け） ■目的 松山港における集荷を促進し、国際定期貨物航路網の維持及び拡充を図ることにより、本県産業の国際化と地域経済の活性化に資するため、松山港を利用する荷主に対してインセンティブ補助金（松山港利用促進インセンティブ補助金）を交付します。 ■概要 昨年度より貨物量を増加させた荷主様及び新規利用の荷主様を対象に、松山港を利用した輸出入貨物量の前年度比増加量に応じて補助金を交付します。 予算の範囲内で交付され、受付は先着順です。 ■募集終了日時 令和9年2月28日 ※申請期間内で合っても、予算が上限に達した時点で中止する場合がございます。 ■参照ホームページ https://www.pref.ehime.jp/site/port-of-matsuyama/ ■補助対象者 交付要綱第5条に基づき、補助対象事業を行った荷主のうち、次の各号に掲げる要件を満たす者とします。 (1)日本国内に事業所を有し、継続的に事業活動を行う者。 (2)松山港において、補助対象期間の補助対象コンテナ貨物数量を、前年度（令和7年3月1日から令和8年2月28日までの期間をいう。以下同じ。）同期間の補助対象コンテナ貨物数量と輸出入別に比較し、増加させた者。 ■補助対象事業 交付要綱第4条に基づき、補助対象期間内に国際定期貨物航路を利用して、コンテナ貨物（以下、当該貨物を「補助対象コンテナ貨物」という。）を松山港で陸揚げ又は船積みする事業とします。 ■補助上限額 交付要綱第6条及び別表第1に基づき、以下のとおりとします。 輸出貨物拡大支援事業 貨物: コンテナ 補助対象: 松山港利用輸出貨物量の前年度比増加量 補助額: 増加1TEUにつき15,000円 【加算項目】 新規利用の場合（※）： 1TEUにつき15,000円加算 リーファーコンテナ利用の場合： 1TEUにつき20,000円加算 ※新規利用は下記条件を全て満たす場合 (1)前年度に松山港での取扱貨物利用がないこと (2)過去に本補助金の交付実績がないこと 補助上限: 一荷主当たり50TEU（リーファー加算10TEU） 輸入貨物拡大支援事業 貨物: コンテナ 補助対象: 松山港利用輸入貨物量の前年度比増加量 補助額: 増加1TEUにつき10,000円 【加算項目】 新規利用の場合（※） ：1TEUにつき15,000円加算 リーファーコンテナ利用の場合 ：1TEUにつき20,000円加算 ※新規利用は下記条件を全て満たす場合 (1)前年度に松山港での取扱貨物利用がないこと (2)過去に本補助金の交付実績がないこと 補助上限: 一荷主当たり50TEU（リーファー加算10TEU） ※1、2は選択制（併用不可） ■申請方法 交付要綱第7条に基づき、補助金の交付を受けようとするときは、令和8年度松山港利用促進インセンティブ補助金（荷主向け）交付申請書（様式第1号）に会長が必要と認める書類を添えて、令和9年2月28日までに会長に提出しなければならないこととします。 なお、添付書類として下記を添えて提出してください。 ・添付書類：貨物の取扱い実績が確認できる船荷証券等の写し※添付書類について枚数が非常に多いなどの理由により船荷証券等の写しの添付が困難な場合は、「利用実績一覧表（別紙２） [Excelファイル／13KB]」の提出に代えることができます。なお、「利用実績一覧表」の提出に代えた場合は、記載された内容と船荷証券が一致しているか、申請者に対し実地確認を行う場合があ…[E4]
