Predmet nabave je Nabava i isporuka mlijeka i mliječnih proizvoda za potrebe dječjih vrtića, osnovnih i srednjih škola i učeničkih domova Grada Zagreba (korisnika) kojima je osnivač Grad Zagreb CPV oznaka i naziv: 15500000-3 OPIS PREDMETA NABAVE Popis korisnika s adresama je u prilogu dokumentacije o nabavi. Zdravstvena ispravnost i kakvoća prehrambenih proizvoda/namirnica mora biti u skladu s važećim propisima o kvaliteti za predmetne robe odnosno u skladu sa: • Zakonom o hrani (NN 18/23), • Zakonom o higijeni hrane i mikrobiološkim kriterijima za hranu (NN 83/22), • Zakonom o informiranju potrošača o hrani (NN 56/13, 14/14, 56/16, 32/19) • Zakonom o predmetima opće uporabe (NN 39/13, 47/14, 114/18, 53/22) odnosno • Zakonom o materijalima i predmetima koji dolaze u neposredan dodir s hranom (NN 25/13, 41/14, 114/18, 27/24), • Zakonom o zaštiti potrošača (NN 19/22, 59/23, 59/26), te provedbenim propisima nacionalnog i EU zakonodavstva. GRUPA 1 - DJEČJI VRTIĆI GRUPA 2 - OSNOVNE, SREDNJE ŠKOLE I UČENIČKI DOMOVI Tehničke specifikacije, troškovnici i količine predmeta nabave bit će detaljnije određeni u pozivu na dostavu ponuda za svaku zasebnu nabavu.[E6]
