Credenciamento de engenheiros e arquitetos, pessoas físicas ou jurídicas, devidamente habilitados, regularmente registrados e em situação regular perante o Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia – CREA, no caso de engenheiros, e perante o Conselho de Arquitetura e Urbanismo – CAU, no caso de arquitetos, para atuação, mediante designação formal da Procuradoria-Geral do Município e conforme as determinações judiciais pertinentes, como assistentes técnicos da Fazenda Pública Municipal nos processos judiciais físicos ou eletrônicos em que o Município de Santo André/SP figure como parte. A contratação fundamenta-se na necessidade de assegurar adequada defesa técnica da Fazenda Pública Municipal nos processos judiciais que envolvam matérias de natureza técnica relacionadas à engenharia e à arquitetura, especialmente nos casos em que haja produção de prova pericial, realização de avaliações imobiliárias, análise de obras e serviços de engenharia, apuração de vícios construtivos, medições, quantificações técnicas ou necessidade de impugnação de laudos periciais, nos termos dos artigos 464 a 480 do Código de Processo Civil.[E4]
