Jyväskylän yliopisto hankkii asiantuntijapalvelua prosessien ja työnkulkujen digitalisoinnin ja automatisoinnin kehittämiseen Jyväskylän yliopiston Vasara-järjestelmään. Hankinta jakaantuu kahteen osaan: 1. Vaativa prosessi- ja arkkitehtuurikonsultointi 2. Oppimisen ja koulutuksen prosessien digitalisointi Kumpaankin osa-alueeseen valitaan yksi toimittaja. Tarjoajan tulee valita tarjousta tehdessään, kumpaan osa-alueeseen se aikoo tehdä tarjouksen. Sopimusten kesto on 12 kuukautta ja sitä voidaan jatkaa optiovuodella niin, että kokonaiskesto on enintään 24 kuukautta. Hankinnan arvioitu laajuus molemmat osa-alueet huomioiden on 240 htp. / vuosi.
