About the requirement

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Kompleksowa organizacja konferencji 9. Ogólnopolskie Sympozjum WSPÓŁCZESNE PROBLEMY GEOLOGII INŻYNIERSKIEJ W POLSCE (9. WPGI 2027) październik 2027 r., Kielce, obejmująca usługi: hotelarskie, gastronomiczne, wynajem sal konferencyjnych i warsztatowych, inne usługi organizacyjne. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera liczbę uczestników konferencji, dla których Wykonawca będzie zobowiązany świadczyć usługę w dniach 19-22.10.2027 r. w ramach zamówienia podstawowego – tj. 150 uczestników i zamówienia objętego prawem opcji, tj. 250 uczestników oraz usługi świadczonej w dniu 18.10.2027 dla maksymalnie 30 osób a także informacje dot. wynajmowanych sal konferencyjnych. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo nie skorzystania lub skorzystania z części zamówienia objętego prawem opcji w dowolnej konfiguracji. Szczegółowy zakres oraz sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w:  załączniku nr 1 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia  załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – Projektowane postanowienia umowy.[E6]
