República de Angola Ministério da Acção Social, Família e Promoção da Mulher Projecto de Reforço do Sistema de Protecção Social Para o Capital Humano e Resiliência SOLICITAçãO DE MANIFESTAçõES DE INTERESSE (REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST - REOI) Serviços de Consultoria para Elaboração de Manuais de Operações - Ref. SCEXT-SER 09-2025 O Governo da República de Angola, por intermédio do Ministério da Acção Social, Família e Promoção da Mulher (MASFAMU), recebeu financiamento do Banco Internacional para a Reconstrução e Desenvolvimento (BIRD), através do Acordo de Empréstimo IBRD-97180, para implementar o Projecto de Reforço do Sistema de Protecção Social para o Capital Humano e a Resiliência (P181495), e pretende aplicar parte desses recursos na contratação de serviços de consultoria para a elaboração de manuais de operações, destinados a sistematizar procedimentos, clarificar responsabilidades e apoiar a execução uniforme das actividades abrangidas pelos Termos de Referência. A Unidade de Implementação do Projecto (UIP) convida firmas de consultoria elegíveis a manifestarem interesse na prestação dos serviços. A consultoria visa documentar os procedimentos operacionais, os fluxos de trabalho, as responsabilidades e os instrumentos de apoio à execução das actividades, conforme os Termos de Referência. As firmas deverão demonstrar as suas qualificações e experiência relevante, incluindo referências de trabalhos similares, nos termos dos documentos aplicáveis. A selecção será…[E4]
