From the notice

Für die in der Anlage 1 genannten Postausgangsstellen ist ab 01.07.2027 der Versand von Briefen und Einschreiben durchzuführen. Dieser Vertrag regelt für die in dieser Anlage genannten Justizbehörden die Postabholung, die Postvorbereitung sowie den Transport und die Zustellung von Briefsendungen. Ausgenommen sind förmliche Postzustellungsaufträge. Die sorgfältige und ordnungsgemäße Ausführung von Briefdienstleistungen ist für viele gerichtliche Verfahren von erheblicher Bedeutung. Nicht ausgeführte oder mangelhaft bzw. verspätet bearbeitete Zustellungen von Briefen können für die Rechtspflege und für rechtsuchende Bürger zu ernsthaften Problemen mit sehr weitreichenden Folgen führen. Dieser Vertrag soll gewährleisten, dass die Zustellung von Briefen für die in der Anlage 1 genannten Justizbehörden auf einem sehr hohen Qualitätsniveau ausgeführt und gleichzeitig, dass das Ziel der Wirtschaftlichkeit angemessen berücksichtigt wird.[E8]
