Hankinnan kohteena ovat Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialueelle ja Etelä-Savon hyvinvointialueelle hankittavat DXA- luuston mineraalimittauslaitteistot. Hankinta jakautuu seuraaviin osa-alueisiin: 1. DXA-luuntiheysmittauslaitteisto 2. DXA-luuntiheysmittauslaitteisto vaativaan käyttöön (KYS) DXA-luuntiheysmittauslaitteisto on luuntiheyden mittaamiseen tarkoitettu diagnostinen kokonaisuus, jota käytetään osteoporoosin diagnostiikassa, murtumariskin arvioinnissa sekä potilaiden hoidon vaikuttavuuden ja luuston tilan pitkäaikaisessa seurannassa. Laitteiston tulee soveltua terveydenhuollon ammattikäyttöön ja mahdollistaa luotettavat sekä toistettavat mittaustulokset kliinisessä työssä. DXA-luuntiheysmittauslaitteistoon liittyviä vähimmäisvaatimuksia on listattu tarjouspyynnön liitteelle_618025_vähimmäisvaatimukset ja tekninen vertailu_täyttöohjeilla. Lisäksi hankintaan liittyviä vähimmäisvaatimuksia ja pisteyttäviä ominaisuuksia on kuvattu myös muilla tarjouspyynnön liitteillä. Tarjouksen ja toimittajan tulee täyttää kaikki tarjouspyyntömateriaalissa asetetut vähimmäisvaatimukset. Tarjoajan tulee tutustua huolellisesti tarjouspyynnön lisäksi kaikkiin siihen liittyviin liitteisiin, jotta tarjoaja voi tarjota tarjouspyynnössä asetettujen vaatimusten mukaisen kokonaisuuden.[E9]
