Учасник повинен забезпечити можливість відпуску бензину А-95 та дизельного пального за обліковими картками (талонами), запропонованими Учасником, через мережу автозаправних станцій (далі — АЗС/АЗК), розташованих у Шевченківському, Оболонському, Святошинському, Подільському, Голосіївському, Солом’янському, Дніпровському, Дарницькому та Деснянському районах м. Києва. На кожній із зазначених АЗС/АЗК повинен здійснюватися відпуск як бензину А-95, так і дизельного пального за запропонованими Учасником обліковими картками (талонами). Відпуск пального Замовнику на АЗС/АЗК повинен здійснюватися щоденно, цілодобово, за допомогою талонів, строк дії яких становить не менше 3 (трьох) місяців (не менше 90 календарних днів) із дати їх видачі. Країною походження запропонованого товару не може бути російська федерація, білорусь або ісламська республіка іран.[E5]
