EEM is conducting this tender exercise to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) consisting of consultants to carry out construction, refurbishment, repairs and maintenance related multidisciplinary consultancy services; covering a wide range of specialisms to support our membership. Consultants can select single, multiple or all consultancy categories when completing their DPS application and will need to consider the services they can offer when completing their DPS application. The following is not an exhaustive list of the types of consultancy services covered by our DPS; • Architectural Services • Asset Management Services • BIM Consultancy • Building Surveying Services • Carbon reduction, Environmental and Sustainability Consultancy • Clerk of Works • Employers Agent • Fire Safety Management Consultancy • Heating Consultancy Including Gas and Electrical Auditing • Health and Safety Consultancy including Principal Designer and CDM Advisor Services • Heritage & Conservation • Lift Consultancy Services • Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Consultancy • Party Wall, Rights of Light and Neighbourly Matters Consultancy • Planning Consultancy • Project Management • Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy Services • Site Investigation Services • Structural Engineer Services Our Consultancy Services DPS (DPS0010) will be split into consultancy service and geographical categories.
