Le Centre Hospitalier de Roanne engage une démarche de sourcing préalable à la définition des modalités de réalisation de son projet de restructuration et d'extension de son internat. Cette démarche vise à recueillir les observations et propositions d'opérateurs économiques susceptibles d'intervenir dans le cadre d'un montage en concession associant notamment la conception, la réalisation, le financement et l'exploitation des futurs hébergements. Le Centre Hospitalier souhaite plus particulièrement apprécier la faisabilité technique, juridique et économique d'un montage concessif, sans exclure, à ce stade, tout autre montage pertinent.[E4]
