Den udbudte rammeaftale angår levering, etablering og idriftssættelse af ladepunkter på Danmarks Fængslers lokationer i Danmark til opladning af Danmarks Fængslers flådebiler. Leverancerne omfatter samtlige nødvendige arbejder, herunder installations-, grave-, og anlægsarbejder, som er nødvendige for ladepunkternes etablering, og projektering heraf, samt samtlige materialer og installationer, således at ladepunkterne afleveres fuldt installerede, tilsluttede og funktionsdygtige. Leverencerne omfatter endvidere også levering af service, drift og vedligeholdelse til de etablerede ladepunkter. Rammeaftalens estimerede mængde er ca. 400 ladepunkter. Rammeaftalens maksimale mængde er 600 ladepunkter.[E14]
