Účelem této nadlimitní Veřejné zakázky na služby zadávané v otevřeném řízení dle § 56 a násl. ZZVZ je uzavření (i) smlouvy o implementaci aplikace / aplikací zaměřené / zaměřených na podporu řízení finančních rizik pro potřeby Risk Tools, Systém HBK – Analýza a projekce finanční pozice a ukazatelů („Systém HBK – Analýza a projekce finanční pozice a ukazatelů“; „Smlouva o implementaci“) a (ii) na ni navazující smlouvy o údržbě, podpoře a rozvoji Systému HBK – Analýza a projekce finanční pozice a ukazatelů („Servisní smlouva“; Smlouva o implementaci a Servisní smlouva souhrnně „Smlouvy“ nebo „Smluvní dokumentace“). Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je dodávka a implementace nové aplikace nebo aplikací zaměřených na podporu nástrojů pro řízení rizik, a poskytování souvisejících služeb, a to konkrétně: - dodávka a implementace Systému HBK – Analýza a projekce finanční pozice a ukazatelů; - služby vedoucí k úspěšné implementaci Systému HBK – Analýza a projekce finanční pozice a ukazatelů; - zajištění dlouhodobé podpory a údržby a drobného rozvoje na dobu 4 let od implementace Systému HBK – Analýza a projekce finanční pozice a ukazatelů. Na základě Smluv bude realizován předmět Veřejné zakázky, a to s jedním dodavatelem, jehož nabídka bude na základě hodnocení nabídek vyhodnocena jako ekonomicky nejvýhodnější. Systém HBK – Analýza a projekce finanční pozice a ukazatelů Systém HBK – Analýza a projekce finanční pozice a ukazatelů je technologické řešení, tj. systém / aplikace nebo funkční komponenta, která umožňuje: - provedení Analýzy a projekce na základě vstupních finančních i nefinančn…[E13]
