1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Sprzedaż i dostawa fabrycznie nowego, nieużywanego sprzętu komputerowego dla jednostek organizacyjnych Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 4 części (4 zadania): Zadanie nr 1: Sprzedaż i dostawa stacjonarnego zestawu komputerowego i urządzenia wielofunkcyjnego dla Dziekanatu Wydziału Nauk Ścisłych i Technicznych. Zadanie nr 2: Sprzedaż i dostawa tabletu dla Wydziału Nauk o Kulturze Fizycznej. Zadanie nr 3: Sprzedaż i dostawa monitorów dla Dziekanatu Wydziału Nauk Społecznych. Zadanie nr 4: Sprzedaż i dostawa monitora dla Wydziału Biologii, Ochrony Przyrody i Zrównoważonego Rozwoju. 2. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ), stanowiący Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający przewiduje zastosowanie tzw. procedury odwróconej, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy PZP. 4. Zgodnie z art. 257 p.z.p. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia przedmiotowego postępowania, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane. 5. Zamawiający nie wymaga złożenia wadium. 6. Zamawiający nie wymaga wniesienia zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy. 7. Zgodnie z art. 13 ust. 1 i 2 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych) (Dz.U.
