Zamawiający przewiduje prawo opcji w przedmiotowym postępowaniu: Zamawiający przewiduje prawo opcji zgodnie z art. 441 ustawy - Prawo zamówień publicznych. Realizacja prawa opcji - w zależności od potrzeb Zamawiającego polegać będzie na zwiększeniu przedmiotu zamówienia zgodnie z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia, maksymalnie do 200 % wartości zamówienia podstawowego.
