Predmetom zákazky je poskytnutie služby: nakladanie s odpadom, ktoré zahŕňa zber, prepravu, zhodnocovanie, zneškodňovanie odpadov na obdobie 24 mesiacov, podľa zákona č. 79/2015 Z.z. o odpadoch a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov (ďalej len „zákon o odpadoch“), a to nebezpečného odpadu a nebezpečného odpadu zo zdravotnej starostlivosti a nie nebezpečného odpadu, objemného a komunálneho odpadu. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky, vrátane vypracovanej technickej špecifikácie a množstiev odpadu, frekvencie vývozu, vrátane dodania kontajnerov, tvorí samostatnú časť C. Opis predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov.[E13]
