Zamawiający wymaga, aby oferowany przedmiot zamówienia był dopuszczony do obrotu i używania zgodnie z ustawą o wyrobach medycznych z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych Powody niedokonania podziału na części: Nie ma możliwości podziału zamówienia na mniejsze części. Specyfika przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi nierozłączną - jest to kompleksowa dostawa i montaż przedmiotu zamówienia tj. aparatu USG w Instytucie „Pomnik – Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka”.[E7]
