Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa samochodu ciężarowego HDS 12m, 1,5tw ramach Programu Ochrony Ludności i Obrony Cywilnej na lata 2025-2026 wraz z dedykowanym osprzętem i wyposażeniem. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki realizacji dostaw określają: - Formularz cenowy – Załącznik nr 1.1 do SWZ, - Specyfikacja techniczna – Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia –Załącznik nr 1.2 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy – Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 1. Wszystkie wymagania określone w dokumentach wskazanych powyżej stanowią wymagania minimalne, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Niespełnienie ww. wymagań minimalnych będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty jako niezgodnej z warunkami zamówienia na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5 ustawy Pzp. 2. Pełnomocnik Zamawiającego nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert na dowolnie wybrane pozycje Wzory załączników nr 1.1 („Formularz cenowy”) i nr 1.2 („Specyfikacja techniczna – Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia”) należy wypełnić w całości, bez wprowadzania zmian w ich treści – stanowią one integralną część oferty – deklarację Wykonawcy, co do jej treści, stąd brak tych załączników, zawierających treść zgodną z wzorem określonym w SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty (po uprzednim wykonaniu przez Zamawiającego wszystkich czynności przewidzianych ustawą Pzp w zakresie oceny ofert). 3. Pozostałe warunki i sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określone zostały w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, stanowiących Załącznik nr 2do SWZ.
