Die Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH (FBB) beabsichtigt, Winterdienstleistungen in 3 Losen auszuschreiben. Die Leistungen umfassen die eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung sämtlicher Winterdienstmaßnahmen im Sicherheitsbereich der FBB GmbH. Die Vergabe umfasst die folgenden Gebietslose: Los 1 umfasst Straßen, Wege und Plätze im Sicherheitsbereich des Campus-BER Nord (ca. 115.000 m²) Los 2 umfasst Straßen, Wege und Plätze im Sicherheitsbereich des Campus-BER Süd (ca. 290.000 m²) Los 3 umfasst Flugzeugstellflächen im Sicherheitsbereich (ca. 329.000 m²) Die Leistungen beinhalten in allen Bereichen die Planung und Durchführung sämtlicher Maßnahmen zur Beseitigung von Eis und Schnee, zur Glättebekämpfung und die dafür notwendigen/laufenden Kontrollen. Grundlage bildet die bestehende Verkehrssicherungspflicht der FBB. Die Leistungen sind jeweils wetterabhängig, bei laufendem Verkehr sowie eigenständig während der gesamten Betriebszeit des Flughafens durchzuführen. Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt an 7 Tagen pro Woche, 24 Stunden täglich, einschließlich Sonn- und Feiertagen, und ist vor Beginn der allgemeinen Arbeitszeiten durchzuführen und sicherzustellen. Die Leistung ist für jedes Los jeweils vom 01.11. bis 31.03. (bzw. in der Wintersaison) während der Vertragslaufzeit zu erbringen. Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt am 01.11.2027 und endet am 31.03.2032 Zuschlagslimitierung: Um die Versorgungssicherheit in der Leistungserbringung sicherzustellen und um die Abhängigkeit von einem einzelnen Auftragnehmer zu verhindern, kann ein einzelner Bieter entweder den Zuschlag auf Los 1…[E8]
