O objeto do presente instrumento é o credenciamento de empresas especializadas na prestação de serviços técnicos relacionados a sistemas de climatização, compreendendo a manutenção preventiva e corretiva, bem como a execução de serviços de instalação, desinstalação e higienização de aparelhos condicionadores de ar, incluindo o fornecimento de materiais, insumos, equipamentos, ferramentas e mão de obra necessários à adequada execução dos serviços, em conformidade com as normas técnicas e regulamentares aplicáveis. Os serviços destinam-se ao atendimento das demandas das Secretarias Municipais e demais prédios públicos vinculados ao Município, devendo ser executados conforme as condições, especificações e critérios estabelecidos neste Edital, no Estudo Técnico Preliminar e no Termo de Referência. Na modalidade Credenciamento, apresentamos somente os valores unitários homologados, sem as quantidades. O valor total homologado representa o somatório do valor unitário dos itens.[E4]
