Gentoo Group (The Group) have a number of office accommodation sites for staff located within the boundaries of Sunderland, Houghton, Hetton and Washington - Tyne and Wear. The Group is currently undertaking a large accommodation review and has identified three (3) offices that require internal refurbishment to ensure that they are fit-for-purpose. The office locations are as follows. -Bunny Hill Office: Bunny Hill Centre Hylton Lane, Sunderland SR5 4BW; -Former Connexions Building (The Galleries): Former Connexions Building, The Galleries Retail Park, Washington, NE38 7SD; and -Akeler House Ground Floor: Akeler House, Emperor Way, Doxford International Business Park, Sunderland, SR3 3XR. Both, Bunny Hill and the Former Connexions Building areas will be vacant whilst works are being carried out. It is to be noted that Bunny Hill is a part of a larger occupied building and therefore, safe access for the general public should be considered as part of this tender. It is the intention of Gentoo to appoint one (1) Provider to deliver all works within the scope of this Programme. Should resource of the successful Provider permit, Gentoo have no objection to the refurbishments of all proposed accommodation sites to be undertaken concurrently. Should the proposal of the successful Provider include a programme whereby one refurbishment is undertaken at a time, the following order of sites must be applied. 1. Bunny Hill 2. Former Connexions Building 3. Akeler House The Contract will run until the works set out are complete. We envision the work to take around six - eight weeks …[E5]
