Predmetom DNS je dodanie audio a video vybavenia a súvisiacich technických a softvérových prostriedkov určených na zabezpečenie objektovej bezpečnosti a monitorovanie chránených priestorov a lokalít, vrátane súvisiaceho sieťového, komunikačného a technického príslušenstva. Súčasťou predmetu DNS môže byť aj dodanie softvérových licencií a cloudových riešení, zabezpečenie centrálnej a vzdialenej správy zariadení, automatizovaného vyhodnocovania udalostí, konfigurácie, integrácie, uvedenia do prevádzky, monitoringu, technickej podpory, údržby, aktualizácií, servisu a ďalších súvisiacich služieb potrebných na zabezpečenie riadnej a kontinuálnej prevádzky dodaného riešenia. Verejný obstarávateľ prostredníctvom zriadeného DNS bude obstarávať najmä predmet zákazky k dodaniu štandardizovaného kamerového bezpečnostného riešenia najmä napr. pre školy a pod., pozostávajúceho najmä z IP kamerových zariadení, sieťových audio zariadení, montážneho a prepojovacieho príslušenstva, softvérových licencií, centrálnej cloudovej platformy a súvisiacich implementačných, konfiguračných, servisných a podporných služieb, pričom vyššie požadovaný tovar so súvisiacimi službami sú považované za štandardne dostupné na relevantnom trhu poskytované viacerými výrobcami, dodávateľmi a systémovými integrátormi. Verejný obstarávateľ nepožaduje vývoj nového kamerového zariadenia, nového typu hardvéru ani vývoj individuálne vytvorenej softvérovej platformy.
