Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w obiektach Młodzieżowego Centrum Sportu Wrocław Usługa obejmuje bieżące sprzątanie, mycie, czyszczenie, dezynfekcję powierzchni i wyposażenia, usuwanie odpadów, utrzymywanie pomieszczeń w należytym stanie higieniczno-sanitarnym i estetycznym. Usługa obejmuje również bieżące sprzątanie terenów rekreacyjnych, plaż, stref piaszczystych, terenów zielonych, ciągów pieszych, dojść do wody, stref wypoczynkowych oraz innych przestrzeni ogólnodostępnych. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest realizować usługę z wykorzystaniem własnych środków czystości, środków dezynfekcyjnych, sprzętu ręcznego oraz profesjonalnych urządzeń i maszyn czyszczących, odpowiednich do rodzaju powierzchni, stopnia zabrudzenia i specyfiki poszczególnych pomieszczeń. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do zapewnienia takiej ilości osób sprzątających, żeby zapewnić rzetelne wykonywanie wszystkich czynności wymaganych poniższym opisem zamówienia, wyposażonych w odzież ochronną. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do zapewnienia swoim pracownikom środków ochrony własnej zgodnych z wymogami BHP takich jak np.: rękawic roboczych, odzieży roboczej, fartuchów, odpowiedniego obuwia, maseczek ochronnych. Zamawiający na podstawie wizji lokalnej zobrazuje Wykonawcy tereny zewnętrzne oraz pomieszczenia wewnętrzne tak aby umożliwić Wykonawcy rozpoznanie terenu i pomieszczeń, który podlega niniejszej usłudze. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do wyznaczenia ze swej strony osób odpowiedzialnych za bezpośredni oraz bieżący nadzór i kontrolę całego personelu sprzątającego, wykonu…[E12]
