MATINF-BEM 05-2025 O Governo da República de Angola, por intermédio do Ministério da Acção Social, Família e Promoção da Mulher (MASFAMU), recebeu financiamento do Banco Internacional para a Reconstrução e Desenvolvimento (BIRD), através do Empréstimo IBRD-97180, para apoiar a implementação do Projecto de Reforço do Sistema de Protecção Social para o Capital Humano e a Resiliência (P181495), e pretende aplicar parte dos recursos desse financiamento na aquisição de telemóveis/telefones satélite, com vista a assegurar a comunicação entre as equipas envolvidas nas actividades do Projecto, incluindo em localidades com limitações de cobertura das redes convencionais. A Unidade de Implementação do Projecto (UIP) convida os Licitantes elegíveis a apresentarem propostas seladas para a aquisição de telemóveis/telefones satélite, de acordo com as quantidades, especificações técnicas e condições de fornecimento estabelecidas no Documento de Concurso.
