Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie kompleksowej usługi sprzątania budynków i terenów przyległych Sądów Rejonowych w Chełmnie, Golubiu-Dobrzyniu i Wąbrzeźnie oraz w budynkach Sądu Okręgowego w Toruniu. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, zakres, częstotliwość prac objętych zamówieniem określa załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Szczegółowe obowiązki wykonawcy w zakresie realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określają projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego - Załącznik nr 7 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia. 4. Zamawiający dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na wszystkie części zamówienia, bądź na wybrane części zamówienia. Każda z części będzie oceniania odrębnie. 5. Zamawiający dokonuje podziału zamówienia na cztery następujące części: Część I: świadczenie kompleksowej usługi sprzątania i utrzymywania w ciągłej czystości pomieszczeń budynków, okien i terenów przyległych Sądu Rejonowego w Chełmnie przy ul.
