Contexte Le Gouvernement de la République du Congo a reçu un prêt de la Banque Internationale pour la Reconstruction et le Développement (BIRD) pour la mise en uvre du Projet d'accélération de la transformation numérique (PATN) , et a l'intention d'utiliser une partie du montant de ce prêt pour effectuer les paiements au titre du contrat : Recrutement de "l'Expert Architecte en chef du Gouvernement" dans le cadre de la "Delivery Unit" pour la mise en uvre de la Feuille de Route Nationale de Transformation Numérique de l'état . 2.Objectifs Le Consultant sera charge de concevoir et piloter l'architecture cible de l'Etat-plateforme afin de garantir que tous les services numeriques developpes par les administrations reposent sur un socle commun, interoperable, securise et conforme aux standards internationaux. Il accompagnera notamment le deploiement de l'identite numerique, de la plateforme nationale d'interoperabilite, du portail citoyen, du switch national de paiement et des autres briques constitutives des Digital Public Infrastructures.…[E4]
