Tenders are invited from organisation that are a GCP Eliminator and IKO approved installers, and have the resources, sufficient capacity and experience working with Local Authority clients to remove the existing covering on the 1st floor service deck and ramp, back to the structural deck and recovering with a new membrane and wearing course at Charter Walk Shopping Centre, Burnley. Black Cat Building Consultancy Ltd are supporting the Council with this tender opportunity. The full details of the Council's requirement can be found in the procurement documents/ pack at www.the-chest.org.uk (Ref DN744173) The contract will commence in mid-January 2025 and likely exceed 12 months duration.
