The contracting authority will undertake an overall assessment of whether the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Documentation requirement: A credit rating based on the most recent available accounting figures. The credit rating must not be older than 3 months calculated from the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. Approved annual accounts for the last three years including notes and auditor's report for the auditor obliged companies. If there are no approved annual accounts for the previous year, the provisional result and balance sheet must be submitted confirmed by the auditor/accountant. The auditor's contact information is to be provided. Declaration of satisfactory economic and financial implementation ability, signed and completed, see Annex 7. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit report in order to verify that the tenderer fulfils the requirement. The aim of the procurement is to engage a tenderer who will be responsible for the services that shall be provided in contract 2448 Branngardin and gates. Contract 2448 includes deliveries and installation for both the high-rise building and the base in the somatic building. The assignment shall be carried out as a combination of maths work and work based on fixed unit prices. The main elements of the assignment consist of the following: Fire curtains Fire gatesHurtigporterRullegitter Contract 2448 shall deliver and assemble complete with control and components.[E12]
