The Republic of Armenia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Fourth Public Sector Modernization Project (PSMP4) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of the Core Components and Infrastructure for the YES Platform (Design, Supply and Installation). 2. The Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Proposers for supply/development, installation, customization, testing and technical support of the New Custom Software Solution (CSW): the " Procurement of the Core Components and Infrastructure for the YES Platform (Design, Supply and Installation) ".
