A Semmelweis Egyetem Idegsebészeti és Neurointervenciós Klinika részére intratechalis gyógyszeradagoló pumpa (ITB) beszerzése keretszerződés keretében. A teljes mennyiséget az 50%-os opció nélkül számított alapmennyiség keretösszegének mértéke - nettó 246 510 000Ft - határozza meg, melynek 75%-ra vállal Ajánlatkérő lehívási kötelezettséget. A szerződés a keretösszeg kimerüléséig, de legfeljebb 36 (harminchat) hónap időtartamra jön létre. A felhívásban megadott mennyiségek tervezett mennyiségek. Az értékelés szempontja a Kbt. 76. § (2) bekezdés a) pontja alapján a legalacsonyabb ár, tekintettel a 16/2012. (II. 16.) Korm. rendelet 6. § (3) bekezdésében foglaltakra. Ajánlatkérő nem teszi lehetővé, hogy a szerződés teljesítése érdekében a nyertes ajánlattevő(k) gazdálkodó szervezetet (projekttársaságot) hozzon/hozzanak létre.
